If you attended our Family Matters District Conference May 4 -6, then you’ll remember the numerous references to “significant” churches. 
It began as a light moment on Monday evening during our Family Vacation but then reoccurred numerous times throughout the Conference as we picked up on the theme time and time again.  We were reminding ourselves that every church, every ministry calling and every place of service is significant to the Lord.  This reminded me of an article by Tim Bowman in Leadership Journal a few years ago where he researched Jesus’ definition of significance.  I thought you would appreciate his findings.
