During a recent District Tour – Purposes and Priorities of the District, one of our retired Pastors was asked about church planting in the early days of his ministry.  He replied, “It took a burden in the heart of every pastor to plant another church… not to populate the plant with people from already established churches… but rather, with those who know nothing about the gospel.  That’s really the bottom line!  There are so many lost people!  They are everywhere – in the business community, the inner city, the suburbs, university/ college campuses, cultural groups, Aboriginal/ First Nations people, new Canadians and the list goes on!  The Church Planting Committee is committed to assist and facilitate each church who desires to become a "parent or a partner".
