The Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) available under the Eastern Ontario District Health Plan is a great way to augment payment percentages on dental, medical or eye care costs. Among other possibilities, you can effectively raise your reimbursement to 100% from our current 80% until your HCSA amounts are used up.
