CARE

There are times when the demands of ministry and leadership can seem overwhelming. The District Ministry Team is here to serve you, but there may be times when you would prefer to speak to a trained ministry counsellor and remain anonymous. Below you will find two options that we highly recommend.

SHALEM

MENTAL HEALTH NETWORK

Connect with the EOND’s network of professional Christian counsellors through the Shalem Clergy Care Network. Counsellors are located across the District and we have made provision to cover up to $750 for confidential therapy for you, your spouse or dependent children. Our friends at Shalem Clergy Care will administer your experience and you can remain completely anonymous to our office.

What to expect when you call the number above:

  1. A trained personnel will ask some intake questions to determine your area of need.

  2. Using your information, Shalem will reach out to a counsellor in your area.

  3. The counsellor will call or email you to set up an appointment.

  4. You will then meet with the counsellor, either online (using a secure video platform) or in person.
